Hello Hudson,
Last weekend it rained, but if you did venture out, there was the Gothic Animals Opening Reception at 46 Green Street. Somehow the rain only added to the gothic-ness of the artwork.
Trixie’s List theater reviewer Adreanna Limbach saw The Glass Menagerie at the Bridge Street Theater. The play continues this weekend, but it’s not easy to get tickets. There’s a wait list.

Street Trees for Hudson!
Ten years ago – TEN – 2013 (I think) – Girlgantua, Hudson’s born and bred drag queen – on Halloween Night – did a Drag Race. Local Hudsonians dressed up in heels and ran around 7th Street Park. There were prizes and gift certificates to winners.
This year, a little bird told me to start a Mrs. Roper Run. OK – it’s not really a RUN. No one is running. It’s called a run just for alliteration.
It’s really a Mrs. Roper Bar Crawl. But, whatever. It’s an easy costume – just do it. A friend already told me, “But, Trixie, I only have the robe, I don’t have a wig!”
You have a month! Get it together. Make an effort. Show up.
See you around!
-Trix
