Hello Hudson,
It’s the middle of January, so what do you do? How about see a performance art piece in Chatham about Hamlet, but, in Japanese and with fart jokes?
Sure. The Farmers’ Market is closed. What else am I doing?
“Hamlet | Toilet”, was most probably, the best thing to do last weekend in Columbia County. I really doubt if anything else was as entertaining. Unfortunately, it was a limited run, but maybe they’ll be back.

In case “Hamlet | Toilet” was a stinker, I made a reservation after the show, at Bimi’s Canteen, also in Chatham. Bimi’s is always a good time.
The fondue plate above, $60, was more than enough for two people. It’s a combination of bread (left side bowl), carrots, radishes, brussel sprouts, meatballs, sausage, potatoes, pickles, and cauliflower. It’s fun to eat. (Plus, if I post the photos, I can claim dinner as a tax deduction, no?)
Enjoy Chatham!
