Owner Emma O’Donnell and her husband Paul were drawn to Hudson’s vibrant city lifestyle. “We wanted to create a place with a fun atmosphere that’s also a welcoming and safe space for women. Our name reinforces our commitment to being a place of connection and community.” says Emma. Events at the Union Street Brewing Company range from game nights to knitting circles.

Union Street Brewery Company, at 716 Union Street, is a beautiful 6,000 square-foot renovated warehouse with vaulted ceilings and exposed trusses. Union Street Brewing Company includes a tap room, bar and brewing area, as well as an outdoor seating that serves as a beer garden. There’s a more quiet downstairs room, perfect for a game with friends or private event.

Union Street Brewing Company has a chef on-site in a full kitchen. The menu includes salads as well as hamburgers, chicken and pork sandwiches, and a variety of appetizers, all with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Most meals cost about $10-15 dollars. Most craft beer, brewed on premises, is under $10/glass and wines are about $12/glass. It’s a great setting for a night out with friends or co-workers.

The former warehouse underwent a beautiful renovation project, with quality craftsmanship throughout. The (gender-neutral) bathrooms are very private. There are electric car chargers on site. Union Street Brewing Company is ready for the future, check them out!
