Robin Rice moved to New York City in 1975 from the suburbs of Philadelphia. By the end of the decade, she was working as an in-demand professional photographer. Notably, she shot opening night at Studio 54 for Discoworld Magazine, images so stunning and historically relevant that they were included in a 2020 Studio 54-inspired retrospective at BAM (some of these images, including close-up dance floor shots of Andy Warhol and Grace Jones, are currently on display in the bathroom of Rice’s Warren St. gallery).

OUTDOORS!
April 20th – 9am – 1pm
The Hudson Farmers’ Market is starting our 27th Season on April 20th. You can find our 30+ vendors at the corner of 6th and Columbia St from 9am to 1pm each Saturday through November 23rd– rain or shine!
Each week we will have our full-time vendors, a rotating list of guest and community vendors, prepared food and drinks, and live music. You can grab everything you need with us– from veg to meat to eggs to baked goods and so much more. We’re welcoming Tivoli Mushrooms as our newest full-time vendor!
This Saturday we’re celebrating Earth Day with music from Louis Watterson and the City of Hudson’s Conservation Advisory Council who will be sharing information about their various initiatives like a tree planting program.
Don’t forget we accept SNAP/EBT! We match your funds dollar-for-dollar, up to $50. This means: withdraw $50 from your SNAP account and receive an additional $50 from NYS’s FreshConnect program. Just look for the SNAP/EBT signs at the market and speak with Brandon (our manager) about how it works. This is the best way to enjoy local food affordably!
You can find our full-time vendor list here and our guests/musician schedule here.
