Observe cultural food demonstrations led by locals sharing recipes brought to Hudson from around the world, and enjoy a taste!
This month, community leader Pamela Badila will show us how to make Congolese mikates (a popular African dessert/snack similar to a beignet) served with mango sauce and mint leaves. In May, Maria Romero (owner and head chef of Casa Latina) will show us how to make Salvadoran pupusas.
