Jai Sugrim recently opened a yoga studio in Germantown which is a fifteen minute drive south of Hudson. Trixie’s List caught up with the owner and asked a few questions to learn about their new yoga space, Jai Yoga Shala. Jai Yoga Shala not only offers yoga classes, but also wellness retreats and workshops.
