Cooking Up Community

Observe cultural food demonstrations led by locals sharing recipes brought to Hudson from around the world, and enjoy a taste! On December 2 at the Hudson Area Library, Sonia Cintron will show us how to cook Puerto Rican arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas).
