Dearest Rich, Trixie, and Hudson Community,
Happy August!
It is an honor and a pleasure to launch with you today!
I would like to praise you, and also thank you, for all that you share within the field of the arts, and extend my deep gratitude for you and your brilliant leadership.
I am humbled to share with you that The Hudson Eye 2020 will commence on August 28th, running through September 7th, to be staged within safe genres of presentation, in compliance with NYS mandates, and largely outdoors this year.
During this extraordinary year, our organization and visionary programming team have persevered to deliver this year’s outstanding lineup of events and programs.
The health and safety of our artists and local audiences have consistently remained our top priority. This year’s festival has been crafted to incorporate numerous groundbreaking innovations in venue safety, including contract tracing for love attendees, comprehensive onsite venue safety measures, and the option to attend all daily Hot Topic discussion panels via Zoom!
The team has operated with continued resilience and ingenuity as we move forward with this year’s monumental program, and we are grateful for the continued support that this year’s program is receiving.
Especially during these challenging times in society, I would like to express my thanks for who you are – and all you do.
I am continually, so grateful, to receive your support.
With Gratitude,
Warmly Yours!
Aaron Levi Garvey, and Jonah Bokaer
