Dana Johnson, “Chef D”, announced the closing of Relish Delights at 757 Columbia Street. The last day was Friday, January 29th.
Many remember Dana’s fabulous meals throughout the years from the Mod cafe in Catskill (then Hudson), Relish by the Amtrak Station in Hudson (then Catskill).
Relish Delights returned to Hudson around this time last year, right before the pandemic started.
Chef D is looking to re-home and liquidate many of the items from the restaurant. If you are interested in any of the below, please contact her here: chefd623@gmail.com. She is available to meet between now and the end of February at 757 Columbia St.

Many of us, including myself, are going to miss Chef D’s cooking – her hearty and healthy (and veg-friendly) sandwiches, desserts, and catering.
As I look around Relish Delights, there’s a sense of playfulness and fun that you do not find very often in restaurants.
