Cooking Up Community

Observe cultural food demonstrations led by locals sharing recipes brought to Hudson from around the world, and enjoy a taste! This month at the Hudson Area Library, Maria Romero (owner and head chef of Casa Latina) will show us how to make Salvadoran pupusas.
