D’Arcy Simpson Art Works Presents the Opening Reception for Translations by Will McLeod

Join us during Hudson’s Second Saturday Gallery Crawl for the opening reception for Translations, with new paintings and tapestries by Will McLeod.

Will McLeod’s paintings are purely intuitive and free, mined from his subconscious and emotions from that moment in time. They are amalgamations of color and form with hints of figures and objects that reveal narrative and rhythm. When complete, they become muses, patterns for what’s to come next– large intricate fabric mosaics, meticulously sewn constructions that are 3-D adaptations of these free flowing expressive paintings.

Translations will be on view at D’Arcy Simpson Art Works from November 12- December 12.
