Sound Immersion Salon: Earth @Second Ward Foundation

Sister Redhawk is offering a spiritual Sound Healing journey of soothing sights and sounds using singing bowls from Nepal, chimes, gongs, rattles, and more, inspired by the element “Earth” at the Second Ward Foundation in Hudson, NY. This experience invites participants to relax and unwind and provides an opportunity to connect with others and experience the power of sound healing while leashing your creative energy. Seating is available for all attendees. No yoga mats required. Beverages and hors d’oeuvres provided during the event.
