Sustainable Gardening
On May 27 from 10:00 until 11:30 AM join Claverack Climate Smart and the Claverack Free Library as they partner to host a panel of garden design experts on sustainable gardening using native plants to encourage and restore biodiversity. Come learn the simple steps you can take on your own property to create wildlife and pollinator pathways in your community. Heather Grimes, Peter Bevaqua, Shanti Nagel, Tim Kennelty, Robert Clyde Anders and Jamie Purinton will lead the conversation on the benefits, techniques and strategies relating to gardening and land management using native plants.
