Celebrating the Hudson-Athens Lighthouse: History, Vision and Light

Help us celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Hudson-Athens Lighthouse with this illuminating talk and exhibition at the Hudson Area Library, with a focus on the preservation of this important local landmark. The National Trust for Historic Preservation has recently designated the Hudson-Athens Lighthouse as one of America’s 11 Most Endangered Historic Places, underscoring the urgency to protect, preserve, and celebrate this glorious structure. The talk will be presented by Van Calhoun, a volunteer, board member, and Chairman of HALPS’ Restoration Committee. All are welcome!
