On his debut solo EP Unmeasurable Terms “{Manley} bares his soul in a gut-wrenching reflection on unhealthy attachments and the struggle to heal…Brave creative choices amplify the song’s emotional intensity.” –EarMilk
In describing the project, Josh Eppard, of Coheed and Cambria shares, “Jack Manley has carved out a piece of his soul and put it on display for us–a bridge into the darkness of addiction, the great dark that shrouds us all and the crippling self-doubt that is simply part of the human condition. A poets’ battle for his own soul–and he’s invited us along.”
Jack Manley will be joined live by his band featuring longtime friend/collaborator and classical guitar virtuoso Billy Pearson as well as Noah Sonenstein and Josiah Storm.
King In Yellow, originating from Kingston, NY, is a band driven by a passion for diverse musical influences and a shared love for the transformative power of music. Founded by Kyle Mcdonough and his writing partner Nick Vining, the band draws inspiration from their lifelong fascination with music in all its forms. Influenced heavily by the experimental spirit of Sonic Youth, the rawness of The Pixies, the soulful intensity of Afghan Whigs, the melancholic melodies of The Smiths, the sonic landscapes of REM, the dark allure of The Cure, and the early anthems of U2, their music weaves a tapestry of sonic exploration.
