Pocket Merchant
Pocket Merchant is the Hudson Valley-based jazz fusion powerhouse that will blow your top off. A set of their music takes you on a joy ride of through-composed groove-scapes that range from ecstatic to textural to danceable. Woven with striking melodies and heartfelt improvisations, their music is storytelling without words.
After refining this sound for the last 3 years playing all around the Hudson Valley and beyond, Pocket Merchant is promoting their debut album, “Doom Dance,” which will be released on Halloween of this year. Watch out for the crowd-favorite track, “Lunch Money,” which will drop as a single on October 11th.
